same claim assessing company as person we know are having the same issue. thinking of just putting that in my next letter to them. there were talks on tv that a lot of insurance companies were not paying out because too many people claiming. but i find this extremely disgusting. what is the next step...thanks in advance.

Well why arent they paying out , what is the circumstances.
Insurers may be cutting back but this is due to increase in fraud rather than not paying out genuine claims.0 -
