Morally, maybe.
Legally, no.
Terrible for him, and much more so, for the daughter.0 -
"After a few months", so what's been going on for these months, has he had contact, paid maintainance, court rulings made regarding custody? Need more details, and as for it being morally kidnapping, I think most people would disagree. Also how old is the child, and what are (genuine) feelings on the situation?0

not kidnapping, but what was the custody ruling? if there hasn't been one, now sounds like a good time to start applying??!
Good luck

This happened to my cousin, his ex took the kids and moved away. He's been to court and back thousands of times after he's tracked her down time and time after time. She keeps moving everytime he finds her and the courts give him access. What all this is doing to her kids i have no idea, i can't imagine how she is going to explain this to them when they are all grown up and they find out the truth that their dad did his best to see them.
The courts can stop a mother moving abroad though if there are access rights for the father.0
