1st time I have posted a thread on any website, so please forgive if in wrong area. Having not been in too good a health lately my wife and I are wanting to go to Jersey - last 2weeks of June.
Can anyone recommend decent accommodation? We are not looking for the cheapest particularly but we obviously have a budget to work to. Good standard B/B or small hotel would be fine. Thanks for any help

Make sure you have travel insurance with a very generous provision for health care. There's no agreement now between the UK and Jersey when it comes to health care.
EHIC cards are no longer accepted in Jersey. From Poland...with love.
They are (they're) sitting on the floor.
Their books are lying on the floor.

There is accommodation for every budget in St.Helier and the town is littered with B&B's and some better hotels, especially along New Street and Val Plaisant.tearaway39 wrote: »Can anyone recommend decent accommodation? I've stayed at the Merton Hotel 4 times and the Hampshire Hotel once (which was a fair walk from town at the top of Val Plaisant).
If I were you, I would go on their tourist board website and print off the list of accommodation, then google search each one and cross off the ones that don't appeal to you based upon their individual websites.
I do highly recommend The Merton though and they have introdiced an all inclusive package for this year that may be worth looking into.
