ooooooooh, nearly forgot

Snags - this bead course I went on yesterday (where I was carp at it!!) was taught by a tutor who does lots of beadwork classes with adult learners with support needs of some kind but also does sessions with children with aspergers and autism. She said the session the other day was amazing - in the morning beforehand they were 'bouncing off the walls' but then when they started on the beadwork were really calm. She did some reading and apparently because children/adults with these conditions have fantastic concentration abilities and really 'get into' something, beading really helps.
Maybe a children's bead kit for Ryan?? If you both did one, do you think he'd have a go?? It's a bit 'girly' I know but he could make a space age Dr Who pendant with technological powers when worn by a Timelord (or something :rotfl:)

Thanks BB - I've got a little box of beads somewhere - I'll get him to have a go with them! He likes art and craft type stuff.

I have had such a lovely weekend, I went to stay with the crazy Bunny-lady, and we just talked, laughed, watched cheesy tv, had wine (I only had a teeny bit, I promise
) and posted rubbish on the internet. It was so nice to see her, and her kids are so adorable. :A
We even went for a 4k run this morning, although this diet seems to be sapping my energy a bit, and I found it quite hard going. I'll make sure I've started to introduce some food before my Race For Life (eeeeeek, only 4 weeks to go!!!).
Bit tired now after all the driving and running, but the kids are due home any minute, so that'll wake me back up again!

I'm not surprised you are sapped of energy - I eat plenty and I still find it tough going! Be careful young lady - don't want you passing out half way through a run!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Hey Hypno  well done on your RFL!!
I'll be careful I promise - just need to tweak it a bit to allow for the running - ie, maybe add in a bit more protein, and STOP DRINKING WINE!

Thanks snaggles!!
As for your diet, add in a couple of jaffa cakes here and there, and that will offset the wine, for sure. No problem!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Evening - not a very DFW couple of days I'm afraid, I spent a lovely evening chez Bunny on Saturday, and took the kids and the XOH to Gullivers World on Monday. So lots of petrol, not to mention the £44 theme park ticket. It's been nice though, and despite wanting to throttle XOH on a number of occasions, we managed to remain civil all day.

Oh we have been there when the boys were smaller, thats where we saw a woman step off the log flume and fall between the boat and the deck so she fell straight into the water:eek:
Kids are beautiful as always. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
We've been there too. DS fell off some stepping stones into water up to his neck, and we spent most of the day in the toilets drying his clothes under the hand dryers

Fab pics. Natasha looks so like you hun !!!Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Yes, it was a lovely day - lol at the people falling in the water - luckily we managed to escape that!
I can see a bit of a resemblence in that picture of Natasha actually - she has that air of mild confusion that I feel most of the time! :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
