Double Garage Conversion quote around £19k mark

Had a quote for a double garage conversion to be made into a `granny annexe`.. with bedroom, 2 double glazed windows to the front, ensuite wetroom, and a living room with patio doors onto garden.

Also the utility room will be knocked through, loft access will be re-positioned and so will the boiler...

Does this sound reasonable??

I`m in South West - GL3

There also raising the floor, plastering etc... adding radiators, downlighters etc...

Could not possibly give you an acurate idea of a price but it still seems alot of money
