it is a yowch indeed. But the colours do vary from the ones onsite so it can be beneficial to have one.
Like i said above my "ivory" next shoes are champagne on the swatches.

Ok I did order one last week on the 7th May. Sine I ordered this I also recieved a £2.08 charge to my debit card from ebay!!!! On top of the origional Euro10. I had left a message saying that I hadn't been charged for the postage. But have not recieved a reply or the swatches!!

Rebekah thats cos its 25 euro for the swatches plus postage - you ahvent paid the postage yet.

I bought the swatches last week (4th) it took 4 days for Ivan to email me with regards to postage, which i paid there and then(8th). He said it would take 7 days so hopefully I should have mine soon. We were charged £1.50 for each payment so i'm guessing this is becuase we sent the payment in Euros?

i was sent 2 email addresses and i was emailing the wrong one, every subsequent email i sent he replied to straight away and the swatches took about 5 days.

I also was emailing [EMAIL="landy.p@hotmail.com"]landy.p@hotmail.com[/EMAIL] which i was getting no joy from because its the their paypal address lol.

Ah ok yea I was using service - got that from the website. Got a reply this morning after I sent another email off last night. They can't find reference of my payment! So I have replied with the screen shots of the payment and reference number. Now they are closed til Monday as they have a holiday. Also emailed them about a dress I would like made but they don't understand what I'm after.

I am so glad for the link to the landy swatches. Mine arrived today and the colours I had in mind are completely different from how they appeared on my monitor.
