greenbelt maintenance

If you don't pay the maintenance charges for your scheme does it affect your credit score?

There is currently a cuffufle about the maintenance. us lot in the flats already pay a company to look after the flats and cut the grass around us e.c.t but for all the other houses theres another company to maintain the grass/shrubs e.c.t and to be honest i don't see why we should have to pay 2 companys when its only one of them that actually do our area and we are being charged the same amount as all the houses. They have actually admitted in a letter that they arent doing our area. We also got a letter a few months ago by our flat maintenance company saying that they are still doing our grass and are taken on the shrubs at an extra £1 or something a month. great! only £12 extra a year instead of the £130 odd the other company wants. but no.. still getting the other company demanding the money. so i dunno whats going on, i've not had any other letters about whats happening but i refuse to pay this other company untill i know for definite the situation.

but anyway....... the original question was.... will us not paying this company affect our credit rating?

thankyou!
