use two catagories

No brainer this one,if you are listing items at 99p,why not take advantage and use 2 catagories as it's free.....hope this helps.

    Because you have to pay for the second category, same fees as a non-99p listing.

    Nope, as long as you are a private seller and list at 99p or less insertion fees are free, so the extra category is free as well. I have a few things listed like that already.

    Really? That is impressive. Normally listing upgrades such as 2nd category are excluded from promotional listing deals.
