No brainer this one,if you are listing items at 99p,why not take advantage and use 2 catagories as it's free.....hope this helps.

Nope, as long as you are a private seller and list at 99p or less insertion fees are free, so the extra category is free as well. Really? That is impressive. Normally listing upgrades such as 2nd category are excluded from promotional listing deals.
