    PRO's:

    No more arguing over money.

No more letters and phone calls.

No robbing peter to pay paul.

Whatever is in our bank account after the 3rd of each month is ours to do as we please.

    CON's:

Some people's small minded attitudes, but that's not our fault its theirs.

All in all its the single best decision i have ever made in my life, not just for myself, but for my wife and kids too.
:grouphug: hehe it always makes me chuckle

Are you sure they are a friend?
  • You can't work for anybody who is regulated by the Financial Services Authority. ie. banking, legal, accountancy
  • Do people still actually use cheques? Lots of places have stopped accepting them now anyway, so no loss.

Only con for me is my XHTB being a t**ser about the joint loan we had

If this is true surprised you refer to them as a friend!

I wonder why they feel you suddenly become dishonest after going bankrupt. Why would I now be turned down for certain jobs whilst before would not have been. I am no less honest today than i was last week.

But I am now a debt free zone and this will mean more money to spend on gorceries and essentials for my children so that makes me happy.
