I sent off the template letter attaching my copies of statements with charges highlinghted (£822 since May 2008) and Natwest wrote back asking me to fill in the financial hardship statement of incomings and outgoings. I did this and sent it straight back 4 weeks ago.... I have heard nothing from Natwest....what should i do now? Thanks

Give them a call and see whats happening with it.
They do have 8 weeks from your complaint to come back with a final response.LegalBeagles0 -

Well I have recieved their letter and basically they are saying that i am not in financial hardship even though i have £822 of charges since May last year, mostly incurred when my husband walked out on me leaving 2 children and debts. I earn less than my outgoings and really need this money. Not sure what i need to do now, am i beaten?0
