Payment Protection & Card Protection plan, should I?

Just got a A&L visa CC. And I am bit confused by the two insurance/protection scheme offered - Payment Protection & Card Protection.
I am currently opted out of these two schemes mainly because:
1. I hardly will spend more >£1k on my card.
2. I mostly use my card for everyday groceries
3. I pay the balance in full every month
4. I have saving of £10k in cash to cover the raining day
so dont think the payment protection will give me extra or am I missing some important point?
As for the car protection plan, I only have 2 CC from two bank and one debit card, no sure whether it is worth it to go on the plan.
My main concern is card fraud. Because I do alot online shopping, but I was under the impression it is the bank responsibility to pick up the bill if there is an online card fraud.
Again am I missing the big picture here?
thanks in advanced.
