... to a 'dormant' icici account (a new thread I'm about to post will explain why) and couldnt get in either...
Phoned and was told they'd 'upgraded their security' and that if you get to the login page via any other site (i.e. from a google search or indeed going to the UK site from their own icici.com homepage !!!) it doesn't work.
Solution is to open a new Internet Explorer browser window and type in the URL of the UK site from scratch, then login.
