Satellite question. Can't detect Sesat W4 signal

Hi,
I have got a motorised dish and would like to watch some channels from home currently being broadcast on the Eutelsat Sesat W4 on 36 East orbital position. The problem is that my system can't detect the signal, I have moved the dish left and right, spent hours on it and nothing. Starting to think that I can't pick it up but according to the Eutelsat website, it's available in the UK. I leave some details below, for some assistance as I am a newbie on this. It picks up other Eutelsat, Astra, Hotbird but not this one.

Satellite: Eutelsat Sesat W4 on 36 East orbital position
Location: London
Receiver: Illusion M3
Dish: Standard 60 cm
Dish motor: Technomate

Many thanks
