Recommendation of a decent budget wireless speaker system

On the look out for a low priced (£250 tops) wireless rear speaker 5.1 setup. Looked at the the Creative Labs G550W originally which sound pretty good but from reading reviews they seem really unreliable. Anyone have any other recomendations for a similar price?

you get what you pay for....

simple as, you found a cheap set, pretty much every other set will be of a similar quality so either raise your budget or put up with the reliability issues.

Yup understand that. But even so, you'd expect a £250 speaker set from a decent brand to be able to used for longer than an hour before overheating and switching off.

maybe not if its wireless, these things are all taken into account, like a £250 LCD (32"), you wouldn't expect that to be a good quality, even if it is £250.

Same applies for a wireless 5.1 DD surround sound system, quite an expensive sounding system to me, besides, some of those units may be faulty, but whose to say there aren't thousands of other customers pleased with it.

I would perhaps buy it before seeing whats what, if it goes faulty then claim a refund?
