Help needed to tune in Sanyo TV

Hi folks,
My Mum has moved closer to us from Manchester to South Wales and her 20" Sanyo CE21DN3-B-01 needs to be re-tuned.
The remote control she has does't have Sanyo written on it, but it does have RCU 7395 written on the front of it, so I'm guessing that it might be from somewhere else.
It works the volume and every thing else except I can't get a menu up (No menu key) to be able to tune the channels in for her.
The only controls I can see on the TV itself are volume control and channel up and down.

Thanks adamuk, I couldn't open the link at first as I didn't have Adobe.
Once I downloaded it and opened the Sanyo file I tuned the station in quickly.
