Best way to open A&L Current account

Hi,
what is the best way to open the premiere account to max my reward, I looked on the referral board, but it seemed to be old and outdated info or in massive topics.
I have previously got 100 pounds from abbey, from opening an account with them.
To the question what is the best way to open an A&L account, which i want. Quidco get 50pounds or a referral and how much does that get. And does the fact i have an abbey account affect either?
Sorry if this is wrong place, and i tried to find an answer on several boards but couldnt find upto date details.
