I ahev recently been having HBOS attempt to offer me the 1 card via my online banking and have noticed that this has changed to a different card (or cud be the same 1) but with a different offer and it stating "[FONT=Arial, Helvetica]Exclusive Credit Card designed especially for customers like you"[/FONT]
Is this their way of saying we've provisonally accepeted you for this card because you meet the needed criteria or am i just reading into this the wrong way adnits just them trying to offer off a load of credit to try and "help" their current situation.

Yes. I have this offer on my online banking but they declined me only 2 months ago. You have not been preapproved it is just marketingKavanne
