But remember that the UK housing was far more over valued than the US at peak and still is.

That's because the UK have far, far less stock.

You'll never be on my ignore list, reading your daily doom, just highlights how abnormal you are.
You aint cut out to house buying too cautious, when prices drop to sensible levels, something else will crop up and you'll convince yourself not to buy.

A declaration of peace between !!!!!!/Wookster and StevieJ/Jonny Bravo is needed.

Wookster to not take the mickey out of dyslexia, to not name call, to respect other opinions and to occasionally thank bluey for correcting Wookies mistakes.

StevieR/JonnyB to stop implying Wookster it !!!!!!.

Is this o.k? Any other suggestions? Have I missed any names?

No offence bluey, but I really can't accept censorship of my posts. I can't be bothered with people who spit their dummy as often as Wookster/!!!!!!. Higher maintenance than the Mrs.
So I'm on Wookster's ignore list . He'll still be reading my posts but he's just got to remember not to comment on them now.

Just like he didn't read this. :D

Anyhow... back on topic.... will we ever catch the US? I'm yet to be convinced.... their ability to walk away from their NE surely only drives prices lower whereas people here choose to "fight" their debts more often?

I know. For any truce to take place, people need to want something and have something to offer. I do think both sides at times might enjoy it. ;)
