Video Sender Advice Please

I am thinking of buying a video sender and have seen a pretty cheap one in Argos.
Does anybody know if they are any good?
Also would I be able to plug my NTL, DVD and video in to it at the same time or does it only take one at a time?
I get a really crappy signal on the TV in the bedroom, even with a booster aerial. Does the receiver need to have an aerial plugged in to it or just the sender?
I hope you can help as I am a little bewildered by it all.
Thanks.

The way our system is set up, you would have to manually change it from your video to your DVD etc, but the picture is great with ours. Chances are though that you will not be able to use your NTL remote with it - the ones that accept that are a bit pricey, but you can use the NTL TV guide to book the set top box to turn channels itself. My views are irrelevant - censorship is alive & well!0

I got the Tevion video sender from Aldi when they were in at around £30 and I'm very pleased with it.
The sender is attached via a Scart lead wherever you like in your setup (plug it into a spare Scart socket and plug the rest of the daisychain into the back of the Tevion Scart plug). Anything "downstream" of where you plug the Tevion's Scart plug into is able to have its signal transmitted to the receiver.
So you could have:
Video.....DVD Player....Freeview.....Video Sender......TV
all joined together via Scart leads and the Video Sender will transmit the signal from any of the Video, DVD Player or Freeview box.
The Tevion also has a thin wire coming from the sender unit with 3 infrared transmitters connected to it. These can be positioned next to the infrared remote control receivers in up to 3 pieces of equipment. This will then allow you to use any of the remote controls on the Tevion receiver to control the equipment remotely that you've stuck the infrared transmitters to.
In case the main TV or the remote TV doesn't have a Scart socket, there is also the facility to connect the sender or receiver to the TV via an ordinary aerial lead. Apart from that, there is no need to plug an aerial into either the sender or receiver. The signal is gained purely via the Scart lead by the transmitter, and from the transmitter by the receiver.0
