PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. I did a searech through the site and forum with both hips and home information pack. I tried H.I.P.S too
All searches produced 0 results. Perhaps the search facility on this site is not up to scratch
Try searching for "HIPS" (no fullstops between letters) or "Home Information Packs".
As has been said there are loads of threads. If you don't want to search - be patient - wait a day or two and a thread will show up because someone has posted on it.RICHARD WEBSTER

If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

In the BBC election debate I'm pretty sure David Cameron said he'd get rid of HIPs if he won the election so they may not have much of a future.
All the new online HIP startups must be getting pretty worried about their business model!Every generation blames the one before...
