Buyer bought an item from me and is now complaining that they have not received it... it was posted 2nd class recorded last week. They've raised a case and closed it saying they want their money back but I've posted it!! I'm trying to e-mail Ebay to tell them what is actually happening and that I have proof of postage but their help centre is USELESS with no relevant questions whatsoever and the 'E-mail us' link doesn't work! AAAAAAAAARHHHH:mad: Anyone got an e-mail address or phone number to contact Ebay?

check the recorded delivery on RM website to see what it says
is the dispute through ebay or paypal ?0 -
Dispute is through Ebay as buyer paid by cheque (even though I only accept paypal they waited til after they won to tell me that...)
Have just checked the tracking code and it doesn't look like it has been delivered. As far as I can tell it's still sitting in the post office where I sent it from! Better be anyway as I'm going to go down there tomorrow and tell them off!

It could be sitting at the buyers sorting office waiting to be collected! Ask the buyer to check with their office as if it was sent Recorded Delivery it needs to be signed for.......preferably before you go in accusing the Post Office staff of not sending it

If a buyer claims non receipt and you have no proof of delivery then they should be refunded, you admit your recorded tracking actually shows item not delivered?
However, a week after posting is too early to be refunding, a polite email to the buyer asking them to check with their local delivery office and wait another week would not come amiss.
I know this isn't paypal paid but even so buyer should be refunded even though they can't force a refund, just not this soon.
Lastly, it could just be another recorded delivery failure, the chances of them showing as delivered now seem more and more remote.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Well just thought I would provide an update - package finally turned up at the buyer's house! Don't worry bluebell I wasn't horrible to the post office people, I'm sure they sent it! I just went in to ask for some advice
Very relieved it turned up though as I would have had to refund otherwise! 0
