Arlington on the quay , just of o'connell street is a nice place , with fantastic free irish music and dancers . may be a liitle more than you hoped to pay .
also dont confuse this one with the arlington , by christchurch , outskirts of temple bar0 -

Have stayed in both of these, cheap and cheerful, no complaints - booked via late rooms so got cashback from Quidco. Good locations.

Clontarf Castle is very nice, stayed there once before and going again at the end of May. Also includes breakfast, slightly out of the centre so you'll need a bus/taxi but nice hotel and very reasonable for Dublin!0
