Search for "khussa" on ebay, they are really pretty flat shoes, usually hand embroidered. I paid about £11 for mine and they are gorgeous.

Thanks everyone, I must be looking in the wrong places I've mainly trawelled through (a lot of) websites - BHS's is rubbish - very slow (at least on my pc!) - I haven't found any that go up to a size 6 - found one in a 5, but I was informed yesterday that she's 5 1/2 - 6 - so I think it's better to go for a 6 as the wedding is in August and no doubt she'll sprout a bit more between now and then

The Next ones are lovely - again, have no idea how I missed them - may have to take a poodle round there in the next few weeks (limited to when she stays with us and as I don't get paid until next week, I'll have to wait a bit longer!

I'll have a look on Ebay too.

I'll let you know how I get on (and there was me thinking I was doing so well with my preparations!)

I bought my sd some on Saturday!

Ballet style pumps in a size 5 (but they had 6), with little cut outs and an elasticated band across. I got them in Shoe Zone for £7.99 - bargain!

Brantano has some nice shoes, you can order on line and collect them from your nearest store. Good thing is that you dont pay for them until you try them on, if you dont like them there is no obligation. Order a few pairs so you have some choices.
