My SD2B is 9 years old and a size 6 adult shoe  I can't find any nice flat shoes for her (I really don't think it's appropriate for children to be wearing heels, especially her as she's like a bull in a china shop at the best of times :rotfl:).
Does anyone have any ideas on where I can get pretty girly shoes for her that don't involve at least a 2" heel

Have you tried BHS? They usually have nice "flatties", most shops now have loads of flatties just now, or ebay is another option.
You could always get a plain pair of flat shoes and make them pretty with flowers, or sequins etc.

I agree there are loads of flatties out there now, can't think why they wouldn't be suitable for a 9yr old, I saw loads yesterday in Branteano and also Primark do loads... if you want 'good' shoes try clarks... lots of flats..#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

depends on what style, colour your after. Have you tried the high streets, dorothy perkins, new look, topshop, debenhams....?
Schuh online, asos, vertbaudet, la redoute?
Hope you find something suitable soon.0 -
yes bhs have flat bridal shoes up to size 8 so should have some in a 6.What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

How about something like this. Blush Dance is a business on a forum I go on and is getting very well known for her dance products. I presume that the shoes could also be worn for a wedding. There are lots of other styles to choose from, I just picked those out as I thought they were exceptionally pretty for a young lady.0

I think OP asked specifically for flat shoes , these have a heel and to be honest they look like something a granny would wear to a tea dance...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Next kids shoes go up to a size 7 if that's any good? They've got some lovely bridesmaid shoes and also shoes that can be used for special occasions.
