Hi All
I am a first time user of this forum.
My Question is, I am currently paying the Minimum payment which is £25 a month. But every month since October, after paying the minmum payment, i then get a statment showing i am over my limit, charging me OVERLIMIT FEE - due to the interest they are charging me.
I want to know whether I have a leg to stand on. Or even whether i can claim back the overlimit fees.
I would like even Martin Lewi's thoughts on this please.
Regards
Bina

Hi
Thank You for the reply.
What reason can I insert on the letter in regards reclaiming back the £12 overlimit fees?
Much Appreciated
