Quarterly Charges ... reclaimable?

Hi I am looking at charges with Laiki Bank bank account. Can anyone tell me if Quarterly charges are re-claimable?

I think they are unclaimable. On Business accounts you do get charged for each transaction. You can claim unpaid fees and overlimit fees if charged or referral fees.The narrative is 'quarterly charges' and it is a business account ...0
