This lloyds 38p share thing again!!!!!

Hi, i am certificate holder of shares and do not have a nominee account, so how will i get the chance to buy these shares, will i recieve a letter off whoever??? Or what will i do to buy them?????

Sorry if this is a dumb question, just something i need to know!!!!

You mean the halifax take over by lloylds?

If its that - then you do not do anything if I am right - Lloylds took over halifax and halifax shares got new certificates etc for their new lloylds shares replacing the halifax ones.

Or is it Lloylds raising funds by offering shares at 38p a share? Seen some threads on yahoo about this just now. If you buy new shares, you would get a new certificate.

Dont think any dates have been finalised yet,as a cert holder you should be sent info,best to keep tabs on this forum for developments
