thinking of buying one!

does this have a memory card slot?



do i need one if i only intend to trravel the uk?

can i update maps( for free) if a new one becomes availble?

I'm guessing you mean the TomTom One V3

You can access the built in memory to add TomTom or third party speedcamera locations etc and there really isn't much other need for memory. I have one and don't recall any card slot.

Small user submitted map updates come down free for a year when you connect and update it as does the occasional software upgrade (Device and more often the PC software) but a full new map isn't free (I don't know the cost).

No, think it has 1GB internal memory. No, you have to pay for mapping updates.

i use the v3 every day.
it has 512mb of internal memory and no memory card slot.

you will never need extra memory as ive added a thousand 'points of interest' and still got loads of space.

i think the new one, 'v4' has 1gb internal
