OK, we can have some for tea tonight (his will be intravenously) but I was just wondering how else I can use them up and wondered if it would be OK to use them in soups a la leek and (fUNrozen chip) potato soup. Wot do people here think? I mean, obviously theres a bit of sunflower oil in there but not much. Would it be OK to use these unfrozen chips in that way, make the soup and then freeze the cooked soup. Instinct tells me 'yes' but I'd be interested to hear what other people say.
Thanks all.
Hi Savannah
A friend of mine uses frozen chips in curry - he slices them up and adds them in the way you would add other veges - have tasted the curry and its pretty nice.

for all the great comments above, I'd never thought of re-freezing chips but then as you all say, they are just veggies. Partic liked the idea of giving the refreezes to the original villian of the piece .................0
