I made an online International money transfer through halifax but at the end of last month. After a few emails, the recepient now told me that they havent received the money yet. What do I do?

Ring/call into Halifax and ask them?

You call Halifax on the phone and say "Oi! What's the 411 on my money transfer!!"

When i found out about it, I posted here and then went to the bank to find out more. I was given a reference number than i can pass on to the recepient to ask their bank. If that doesn't work, the other option would be to put a trace on it and i was told that, there is a 12 quid charge on it.

I peronally think, this is unreasonable as it is not my fault at all here. Anyone had similar problems, ideas or comments.

I gave the reference number to the recepient and they gave it to their bank and managed to get cash. Thanks for the help. :j
