    well done on getting it over with! can I ask what you mean when you said that you had taken out a lot of loans just before going BR,was it quite abit of money cos my last loan was about 6 months before I went BR so am wondering if that will give me problems(I'm sh*ting myself to be honest)on my phonecall this wednesday.:eek:

    Hi Sniggings,

    I think you'll be alright. A lot of mine were business debts - my last loan was taken in January 2008 but a fair bit accumulated since then due to clients going under etc. So I was forced to use my cards tail end of last year (and I was spending well in excess of my means too so probably should have realised earlier).

    And we are talking about a lot of money - over £50k in total really, in about 2 years. So I think you will be alright :) And it's not as though getting a BRU is the end of the world anyway :)

    cheers,heres hoping your right,and just one more thing about that last loan of mine it was a PRE ortharised loan that Lloyds tsb put on my online account,all I had to do was press accepted and it was there in my account there and then:eek: it wasn't like I applied for it,already had a overdraft on my 2 accounts with them maxed out and yet they still oftered it to me,ok I should have not click on the accepted button,but it was there on a day when I didnt have my rent or any money at all for that week.couldn't believe my luck that day.
