Hello,
Long storey short. Baggage handlers broke the handle and mechanism that allows the handle to extend so that the case can be pulled on its wheels. Case was useless without it.

My case was over 5 years old. Thought I would have to get a new one.

Received a reply next working day that replacement parts would be sent free of charge:T. Not asked for proof of purchase, only model number of case.

Excellent customer service and will definitely purchase Samsonite products again despite their high price they last you a lifetime.

I haven't had to use their customer service yet, but I have a Samsonite case, and would not be without it. The only complaint about my four wheeler case is that it has a tendency to roll off on its own ... it needs brakes!

When I went on holiday in September my samsonite lock was cut off my bag lucky there was nothing valuable inside really but I didn't think it was worth bothering complaining about.
