Vodaphone IOU - how do you stop it?

I signed up for it in an emergency one night and now I want to stop it.

I've tried that utterly pathetic "help" on the vodaphone website and can find nothing.
For such a big technology company, vodaphone's online customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen. Deliberately pathetic.

I emailed them an got one of those moronic Ebay automated responses.
What's the point? If you're going to be useless, why bother even having a website?

I don't know the answer to your question but for 3G issues I have found their forum useful with some Vodafone staff present most days.
