You need to quote other factors in order to make a true comparison against others funders offering the same car i.e. are they charging doc' fees or admin fees on top? are they including road tax for the whole 3yrs? Deals are dressed up in many different ways to usually exclude some basics.. or avoid mentioning them immediately - to achieve the best looking monthly price.
Is that for solid paint when the only solid on a CRV is red, which no-one wants, and by the time you've added the metallic the deal suddenly looks unpalatable?
Also find out who the company is who would be named as the owner on the V5...are they longstanding and reputable as a funder? You need to know the deal is safe for the duration of the contract.
Also remember the VAT amount will change from Jan 1st, so if you are doing this as a personal lease, your monthly outgoings will change. Work out oif you can still afford it if VAT moves up to say 18-20% from its current 15%.

Several brokers (a/we)re offering the deal. I went with Central (UK) Leasing.0 -

Thanks for the heads up. I've already factored in additional costs such as Metallic Paint, VAT change, Excess Mileage and Doc fees.
It gets too complicated if you start asking for full details of the deal. If someone can come up with a better monthly figure based on my post, it's my responsibility to check out everything else and see how it compares.
For this deal, all the brokers are asking the same doc fee, obviously the funding/vehicles are coming from the same place and at this price and limited availablity, they can get away with charging this.
As a side note, VAT will revert to 17.5% on January 1st 2010. It may well increase after this, but almost certainly not until after the general election.0
