Good on you for sticking with it.
Promising you the money will be with you in a few days and then not delivering on that is the lowest of the low in my opinion. That really is praying on people who are in the dark about these sorts of companies and, more often than not, are desperate for the money. The OP is a case in point, he put down a desposit on a vehicle based on being accepted for a loan, and if you didnt know that Loan4Sure are a bunch of f*cking low life cowboys then why wouldn't you? You've been ACCEPTED for a loan, and even told when the money will be in your account, so you have every right to expect that you are being told the truth.
It sickens me to the very core that these companies trade legally and are able to do that to people.0 -
Firstly, i must apologise, i am an ex-employee "from the customer services dept" of Loans4Sure. Just wanted to let anyone know, they have recently opened up as Magic Finance doing the exact same thing, and btw, they are owned by Churchwood Financial so if you want to stay away from them, stay away from Churchwood too.
Oh, if you do get stung by a BROKER, this is what to do.
1) Call Customer Services and say that you would like the name of the Customer Services Manager so you can write a letter to.
2) Write to customer services manager (if you are actually declined and declined a refund)
3) State the following "I am aware that part of the consumer credit act states that after 6 months from the date of refusal i am eligible for a refund of my administration fee, minus £10 for administration costs (which is legal)
4) You should ask for a phone call or a letter from the Customer Services Manager to discuss confirmation of this letter and for confirmation of the refund.
After 6 months of initial decline date (which you should note down) you should receive a cheque or a direct transfer into your account of your the fee you paid to them.
Any more questions about loans4sure or loan brokers in particular, email me directly at leeellem @ yahoo . com
If needed i will even do the letters for you. Or i will just tell you everything you need to know about how they work and how to avoid them.0
