How much was the loan for? I guess is was a 12 month loan with those repayment, given you have already paid a deposit for the car.

£3k over 12months @ £260/month I calculate to about 7.3% APR. (Did I get that wrong fellow MSEs??)

Implausibly generous for such a lender I fear.

£5 to your nominated charity if you a) Get it & b) It is less than 10% (really, cast iron promise)..

    Cheers

£1500 is a lot to lose as a deposit, perhaps they will return some of it to you.

Realistically, other than your own bank, no lender is going to be able to provide you with the money that quickly.

Are there any terms & conditions on the deposit receipt?

Is the seller a trader? Can they arrange finance for you? It is only 66% of the vehicle value in their eyes.......

You paid £1500. There is £3,000 remaining to be paid. The total purchase price is therefore £4500 (I guess)

You have paid a third of the total price already and need to pay/finance the 2/3 remaining.

It is worth a try. You have nothing more to lose at this stage.

Did you try anyone else before "loans4sure" or, as they are known from today, lies4sure?
