Well rotted manure help newbie

Encouraged by this site I have now got some raised beds built by hubby from pallets off freecycle. I have also got a pile of well rotted manure in all 3 of my raised beds. Dig till it doesn't smell or look like manure, then take that stuff, then you won't have to leave it to mature at all

btw, I always try to dig manure in dry weather
