    Morning All!

Am feeling very excited today about Sunday and am now drawing up training plans for the next one, but cant formalise it too much obviously because it depends on how much work there is to do after this one :D

I am pink too - and I wore sunscreen!

Last night I had a weird dream that all my teeth feel out (shhh dont tell Linda ;))

Suzy - the Piz Buin one is a bit greasy tbh, but I get the blisters too - thousands of them, all over my face, so I can live with the slight greasiness if it stops that happening.

I've tried it for the first time today, but I've already got the rash from yesterday, so I guess I wont really know if it's working for a good few days - I'll let you know though. :)

I had a shower, then put it on, then gave it 15 minutes, and then put my make-up on. My skin still had the greasiness, but I put tinted moisturiser on, then dusted with loose powder, and my skin feels great now, hydrated but not shiny! :D

(Oh, I use coaltar soap if I do get the rash, and then use a very light, non-oily moisturiser. That's the quickest way to settle it down I find)

oh dear Bookie - what did you do to upset her this time?!

btw folks, i have inadvertently credited myself with an extra 1lb lost somewhere along the line... i know it's no biggie, but the eagle eyed among you might spot i've amended my sig, it's only 45 pounds lost... dunno where the extra 1lb came in, but when i go back thru my numbers, it was a bit awry....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Gosh Snaggles - I thought I was allergic to stuff (I get itchy from running now and have to take anithistamines sometimes), but that sounds painful!!!

I feel a bit a freak though - I never wear make up except when out drinking and even then only mascara and eyeshadow and lipgloss - I dont know how to put it on tbh, I am quicker to get ready than OH most of the time ;)
