Overtime and UVA
My provider clear debt said my husband had to pay half of his overtime but there is nothing written into his contract do we have to pay this. I have not paid it all in and am worried does anyone know about this? Also 2months after taking out the iva I was not able to work but haven't told clear debt what should I do can anyone help as my husband has paid my UVA aswell as his

Hello,
The rule can vary but generally the first 10% of income is not included anything above that then 50% of that will be taken for the IVA.

thanks for responding sarah, does that mean then that anything i havent paid in the overtime they will make me pay next year as my review is due in may? will they take into the account that i havent been working also on checking our inc and exp with them its now way out? next march we are putting in a large lump sum of 17500 do you think they will accept as a full settlement as the full term wll bring in 33000 and inc the 17500 and what we will have paid we will have paid 31500. Sorry for the long message but this is the only way i have found any help re this0
