has anybody had any dealings with aqua. i put a claim in over two weeks ago now and still havent heard anything, what do i have to do now

Write to Halifax instead of Aqua

Yup, and it will probably only be passed to Halifax to deal with anyway - so you're cutting out the middle man.

How long has it been? They have 40 straight days.
