For CC's to agree to an IVA what %age of the debt do they like to see being paid back each month?
Currently owe approx 60K on 5 cards and am struggling a bit due to the the phone not ringing with work anymore.
Do they require so much per £1000 or something?
Could afford about £700 per month at the moment but once work starts coming in could possibly up it to about £1000.

have you spoken to any of the debt charities yet ? Also do you have a home to protect or a job ? An IVA is not suitable for everyone.TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0
