Vista wont let me log into my account

I am having program trying to log into my account on my laptop. I cannot get past the User password log in page after entering in the old password says the following:

The User Profile Service, service failed the log on.
User profile cannot be loaded.

HELP!!!!!!!

log on to safe mode

and log on using the hidden admin account, then remove your password on your normal account

if that does not work then set up a new account

Thanks yeah i had got my hands onto her laptop only her my brother and dad but within 1 minute of me being on there i sorted it out. Thanks tho
