How long to claim for vibration white finger?

Hi,
DH had a medical for his HGV licence in January. When looking at his notes he discovered he'd been diagnosed with vibration white finger in 2003. He had been to the doctor with it but knew nothing about actually being diagnosed with it. What is the time limit for making a claim for this? Any information would be helpful, thanks!

Claim in what respect? are you talking about compensation.

If so go and see a specialist lawyer as no one here is really going to know the answer.

As far as I'm aware it is on-going, best thing to do is speak to a solicitor that deals with this sort of thing.

There is quite a bit of info on the internet if you do a search.

    Good luck

  • My late Grandmothers claim took over four years. Don't think there is set date. She was down the mines inthe 70s and only just claimed around three years ago.
