Just my opinion this is how I think it would work on a scale of 1-9
To be rated 1 you pay your balance off every month and never go over your limit or pay late.
2-3 Pay off most months again with no hassle
4-5 Those who pay off once in a while but in the main pay at least minimum without hassle.
6-7 Those who rarely pay card off in full many with minimum repayments and occasional late/missed payments
8-9 To be honest the basket cases who in reality will never pay off what is owed - some may be ''managed'' away most will end up in collections.

As I say just my take on it .

    Seems reasonable.

Would have thought the banks make the most money from people in the 4 - 7 bracket though, therefore, upping the limit of say a 2 year old customer who only ever pays slightly over minimal payment but never clears their balance and never misses or is late, would surely be the ideal customer for making money from?
