Best Petrol Station Loyalty program??

hi,
Im trying to find the best petrol station that gives most value for money on it points, i would ideally like to use any points in jewelery stores.
Im sure this topic would of come up before but i had a search and found nothing.

The only one that comes to mind is the Tesco clubcard - get your petrol from Tesco stations (or get a tesco credit card to accumulate points anywhere) - you can use clubcard vouchers at Goldsmiths provided the item you are buying is over £200.

Or alernatively fill your car up somewhere cheaper & spend the money wherever you want..
