Contacting Ticketmaster via Email

Yesterday I made a real boo boo and booked tickets for We will Rock You 23rd May at Manchester.
I booked them quickly and didn't even notice that I had booked the matinee show instead of the evening show.
I understand that I can't get my money back even though I want to buy some more for the same day, different time.
I'm not eligible for selling them back through the ticketmaster website, so stuck in a real mess.
I've tried calling them just now and just get an automated message.
I want to sell them on, maybe on Ebay, but because I opted for the easiest way of getting the tickets via email instead of tickets in hand, how do I do that.
What a mess I am in, £75 down the drain.
I can't find a way to even contact customer service. I've tried going through the channel where you click customer service and then looking at the answers, but nothing is appropriate to my question.
Can anybody help please.
