An update to my previous post - and a bit of advice to all those of you who are still with British Gas... run!!!! switch!!!
Leave British Gas! And complain for a better quality of customer service!!!
There is no advice that I can give any better than that. It was one of the first things that I did when I moved house.
Some folk do not have as many problems with them but I did get narked when a promised £20 credit for a missed appointment failed to show up on my bill.
Also they recorded that while I used 96KWH for 10 days up to a meter change I was then estimated to have used 3KWH (yes only 3!!!) in 22days!Nothing to see here :beer:0 -
BG Must notify you of a change to DDEB or they are breaching the DDEB rule set its the same as if a cust changes there ddeb the 21 day applys.
