    There is no advice that I can give any better than that. It was one of the first things that I did when I moved house.
    Some folk do not have as many problems with them but I did get narked when a promised £20 credit for a missed appointment failed to show up on my bill.
    Also they recorded that while I used 96KWH for 10 days up to a meter change I was then estimated to have used 3KWH (yes only 3!!!) in 22days!
    Nothing to see here :beer:
  • BG Must notify you of a change to DDEB or they are breaching the DDEB rule set its the same as if a cust changes there ddeb the 21 day applys. So just get on and have a rant.
