Hi,
We want to visit India (mainly Chennai) during end of July/August. When I checked with travel agency, they offered me BA direct flight to Chennai which comes to £522 each.
Since we never travelled in this route before, does this sound ok? Or can we get a better deal than this
Can some one let me know please.
The dates are - departure 25th July & return 23 Aug.
Cheers,

July & August normally they will be costly due to summer time here.
I would suggest to try the following
1. Check Gulf Airlines, they are always cheaper but I will not gaurentee on the service
2. Check for flight in Delthi or Mumbai they are normally cheaper. You may get the domestic flights to chennai from these locations. This will work out cheaper.0 -
Gulf Air still works out more expensive"Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0

Try flying into Mumbai or Delhi, then try Spicejet or flykingfisher (Indian Easy jet). They were Ok for the hour flight down to Goa.0

Or even better - use Jet Airways, my fav for internal flights in India - you can book online.
