Business class to South Africa - recommendations/offers/tips??

Options
Hi, I wonder if anyone has any tips or suggestions?

I am disabled die to a spinal injury and normally stick with european holidays as even a 3 hour flight is a killer.

But I have the opportunity to go to South Africa to visit friends. It is a 'once in a life-time' trip and I really want to go. But on a flight of that length I will have to lie down, or at the very least be able to recline right back and raise my feet on a foot rest. So I'm seriously considering business class.

The SA destination isn't important, as I'll be visiting Cape Town and Jo'burg, and maybe somewhere else too, and the internal flights are being arranged for me at that end.

But this flight is coming out of my savings, which can't be replaced as I no longer work. So while comfort is a priority, I need to make sure I don't pay more than I have to.

Am hoping you guys might have some recommendations for airlines, or flight bookers?

Many thanks

Daisy

I prefer Manchester, but am equally happy to do Birmingham, Gatwick or Heathrow, as I have family that way anyway.

No use to me since I am in Scotland - but that is a GOOD price to Capetown. I use Globespan all the time and think they are good.
