medion laptop from woolies 2008 not charging

hi,
before demise of woolies we purchased medion vista loaded laptop,(daughters pressie) it has stopped charging/ working, there is an aroma of burning from lappie. Where do we go for help less then 12 months old. Please can someone help, sorry if duplicate post!

would think your guarantee is with the maker, and as Woolies is no more, would contact them, may get some help here.0 -
Give Medion a call on 0871 376 1020 but have the laptop's identification number (on bottom of case) ready.
I have found Medion to be helpful in the past.
